{"id":7283,"date":"2018-10-09T09:06:54","date_gmt":"2018-10-09T07:06:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/?p=7283"},"modified":"2018-10-09T09:06:54","modified_gmt":"2018-10-09T07:06:54","slug":"proyecto-de-reglamento-de-los-acidos-trans-en-los-alimentos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stagingphytocontrol.shdesign.fr\/es\/vigilancia-reglementaria\/proyecto-de-reglamento-de-los-acidos-trans-en-los-alimentos\/","title":{"rendered":"Proyecto de reglamento de los \u00e1cidos trans en los alimentos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[hover_box image=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/valeurs_nutritionnelles.jpg&#8221; image_hover=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/actu_publication-rasff-2016_02.jpg&#8221; link=&#8221;&#8221; target=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El 4 de octubre de 2018 la Comisi\u00f3n public\u00f3 un proyecto de Reglamento por el que se modifica el Anexo III del Reglamento (CE) N\u00b01925\/2006 n lo que respecta a las grasas trans distintas de las grasas naturales presentes en las grasas animales para el consumidor final.<\/p>\n<p>Los interesados pueden enviar sus comentarios hasta dentro de 4 semanas.<\/p>\n<p>Como recordatorio, el Anexo III del Reglamento N \u00b0 1925\/2006 establece la lista de sustancias cuyo uso en alimentos est\u00e1 sujeto a una prohibici\u00f3n de restricci\u00f3n o est\u00e1 bajo control comunitario.<\/p>\n<p>El 4 de diciembre de 2009 la EFSA adopt\u00f3 una opini\u00f3n cient\u00edfica que concluye que la ingesta de grasas trans deber\u00eda ser lo m\u00e1s baja posible sobre la base de una dieta nutricionalmente adecuada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El 3 de diciembre de 2015 la Comisi\u00f3n adopt\u00f3 un informe sobre los \u00e1cidos grasos trans en los alimentos y en la dieta de la poblaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea. Las enfermedades coronarias son la principal causa de muerte en la UE y el alto consumo de \u00e1cidos grasos trans aumenta significativamente el riesgo de enfermedad card\u00edaca m\u00e1s que cualquier otro elemento nutritivo.<\/p>\n<p>Este informe concluy\u00f3 que establecer un l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo para los \u00e1cidos grasos trans industriales en los alimentos parece ser la medida m\u00e1s efectiva para la protecci\u00f3n del consumidor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto de reglamento prev\u00e9 el establecimiento de un l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de grasas trans de 2 g\/100 g de materia grasa en alimentos destinados al consumidor final (distintos de los \u00e1cidos grasos trans presentes naturalmente en la grasa animal).<\/p>\n<p>Las definiciones de &#8220;Materia grasa&#8221; y &#8220;\u00e1cidos grasos trans&#8221; son las definidas en el anexo I del Reglamento (CE) n\u00ba 1169\/2011, a saber:<\/p>\n<p>Materia Grasa: l\u00edpidos totales, con fosfol\u00edpidos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c1cidos grasos trans: \u00e1cidos grasos que tienen al menos un doble enlace no conjugado (es decir, interrumpido por al menos un grupo metileno) entre los \u00e1tomos de carbono en forma trans.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de Reglamento establece que los productos alimenticios que no cumplan con el l\u00edmite establecido podr\u00e1n comercializarse hasta el 1 de abril de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pueden consultar la totalidad de este proyecto en el enlace adjunto: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/DRAFT-SANTE-10819-2018.pdf\">DRAFT SANTE\/10819\/2018<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[hover_box image=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/valeurs_nutritionnelles.jpg&#8221; image_hover=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/actu_publication-rasff-2016_02.jpg&#8221; link=&#8221;&#8221; target=&#8221;&#8221;] &nbsp; El 4 de octubre de 2018 la Comisi\u00f3n public\u00f3&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":4965,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[190],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7283","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-vigilancia-reglementaria"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
