{"id":520357,"date":"2025-04-29T15:42:58","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T13:42:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/?p=520357"},"modified":"2025-05-21T15:45:07","modified_gmt":"2025-05-21T13:45:07","slug":"anses-publicacion-del-informe-metodologico-del-tercer-estudio-sobre-la-alimentacion-total-en-francia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stagingphytocontrol.shdesign.fr\/es\/non-classifiee\/anses-publicacion-del-informe-metodologico-del-tercer-estudio-sobre-la-alimentacion-total-en-francia\/","title":{"rendered":"ANSES: publicaci\u00f3n del informe metodol\u00f3gico del tercer estudio sobre la alimentaci\u00f3n total en Francia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[hover_box image=&#8221;https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/pfas-alimentation.jpg&#8221; image_hover=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/drapeau_france.jpg&#8221; link=&#8221;&#8221; target=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ANSES acaba de publicar su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/sites\/default\/files\/ERCA2019-SA-0010-RA.pdf\"><strong>informe metodol\u00f3gico sobre el 3<sup>.\u00ba<\/sup> estudio sobre la alimentaci\u00f3n total en Francia (EAT3)<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya se han realizado tres EAT en Francia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El primer EAT (EAT1), realizado entre 2001 y 2005, se centr\u00f3 en la poblaci\u00f3n general a partir de los 3 a\u00f1os y analiz\u00f3 39 sustancias qu\u00edmicas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un segundo EAT (EAT2), realizado entre 2006 y 2011, se centr\u00f3 de nuevo en la poblaci\u00f3n general a partir de los 3 a\u00f1os, pero esta vez se analizaron 445 sustancias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entre 2010 y 2016 se llev\u00f3 a cabo un EAT espec\u00edfico para ni\u00f1os menores de 3 a\u00f1os (EAT infantil), en el que se buscaron 670 sustancias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La ANSES se ha autoencargado de realizar una tercera EAT sobre la poblaci\u00f3n general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta tercera EAT (EAT3) se centra en m\u00e1s de 250 sustancias y se basa en los datos de la \u00faltima Encuesta Nacional Individual de Consumo Alimentario (INCA3), realizada en 2014-2015, que abarca a la poblaci\u00f3n general de Francia metropolitana de 0 a 79 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ni\u00f1os menores de 3 a\u00f1os, que fueron objeto de una EAT espec\u00edfica (EAT infantil) publicada en 2016, no se incluyen en la poblaci\u00f3n estudiada en la EAT3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este nuevo estudio, se ha tenido en cuenta el consumo de alimentos procedentes de la agricultura ecol\u00f3gica en el muestreo de alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de esta iniciativa es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Actualizar los datos sobre la concentraci\u00f3n de determinadas sustancias qu\u00edmicas en la alimentaci\u00f3n ya analizados en los EAT anteriores y obtener datos sobre nuevas sustancias y sobre los niveles de contaminaci\u00f3n de los alimentos procedentes de la agricultura ecol\u00f3gica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimar la exposici\u00f3n alimentaria cr\u00f3nica de la poblaci\u00f3n de Francia metropolitana a un gran n\u00famero de sustancias, tras combinar los datos con los datos sobre el consumo alimentario del estudio INCA3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realizar evaluaciones de los riesgos sanitarios asociados comparando estas exposiciones con los valores sanitarios de referencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emitir recomendaciones destinadas a las autoridades p\u00fablicas, los sectores o los consumidores con el fin de reducir la contaminaci\u00f3n y\/o la exposici\u00f3n a sustancias potencialmente asociadas a un riesgo sanitario, y\/o recomendaciones de investigaci\u00f3n (toxicol\u00f3gica, anal\u00edtica, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las familias de sustancias seleccionadas son las siguientes (lista provisional presentada en el anexo I):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Metales pesados,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contaminantes org\u00e1nicos persistentes (PCDD y PCDF, PCB),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PFAS,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compuestos polibromados (PBDE y HBCDD),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Micotoxinas,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fitoestr\u00f3genos (isoflavonas),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Residuos de productos fitosanitarios y biocidas,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sustancias neog\u00e9nicas (acrilamida, HAP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Otros contaminantes (iones clorato y perclorato, bisfenoles, ftalatos, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Otras sustancias no incluidas en el presente estudio tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edan analizarse posteriormente, en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades de la evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos para la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se han seleccionado 276 alimentos para ser muestreados en la EAT3 (lista en el anexo 2). Esta selecci\u00f3n permite cubrir m\u00e1s del 90 % del consumo de la mayor\u00eda de los grupos de adultos y ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este informe metodol\u00f3gico es un pre\u00e1mbulo a los primeros resultados de este 3<sup>.er<\/sup> estudio de la alimentaci\u00f3n total (EAT3) en Francia. Los resultados ser\u00e1n objeto de informes y dict\u00e1menes sucesivos que se publicar\u00e1n una vez finalizada la evaluaci\u00f3n del riesgo. Un informe y un dictamen final sintetizar\u00e1n todos los resultados y establecer\u00e1n un balance global de la exposici\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n a los peligros qu\u00edmicos a trav\u00e9s de la alimentaci\u00f3n en Francia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le informamos de que su laboratorio Phytocontrol le ofrece an\u00e1lisis acreditados por la COFRAC.
