Determinaci\u00f3n del contenido de nitr\u00f3geno seg\u00fan el m\u00e9todo Kjeldahl. C\u00e1lculo del contenido de prote\u00ednas.<\/li> <li><b>NF V03-426<\/b>: Productos alimenticios. Determinaci\u00f3n del contenido de materia grasa.<\/li> <li><b>NF V03-802<\/b>: Productos alimenticios. Determinaci\u00f3n del contenido de cenizas.<\/li> <\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Lote 2 \u2013 Publicado en marzo de 2025:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li><b>NF V03-801<\/b>: Productos alimenticios \u2013 Determinaci\u00f3n de la p\u00e9rdida de masa por desecaci\u00f3n.<\/li> <li><b>NF V03-033-1<\/b>: Productos alimenticios \u2013 Determinaci\u00f3n del contenido de az\u00facares. Parte 1: m\u00e9todo por cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida (alta presi\u00f3n) con detecci\u00f3n refractom\u00e9trica.<\/li> <li><b>NF V03-033-2<\/b>: Productos alimenticios. Determinaci\u00f3n del contenido de az\u00facares. Parte 2: m\u00e9todo por cromatograf\u00eda de intercambio ani\u00f3nico de alta resoluci\u00f3n acoplada a detecci\u00f3n por amperometr\u00eda pulsada (HPAEC-PAD).<\/li> <li><b>NF V03-034<\/b>: Productos alimenticios. Extracci\u00f3n cualitativa de la materia grasa para la determinaci\u00f3n de la composici\u00f3n en \u00e1cidos grasos.<\/li> <\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas normas definen un <b>marco metodol\u00f3gico com\u00fan<\/b> que permite una mejor comparabilidad de los resultados, reforzando la fiabilidad de los datos facilitados a la industria agroalimentaria y a los consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Reconocimiento cient\u00edfico en curso<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el fin de valorizar esta iniciativa colectiva, se est\u00e1 redactando actualmente una <b>publicaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica internacional<\/b>. Titulada: <i>\u00abNutritional labelling: a collaborative study to develop standardized methods for protein, fat, sugars, mass loss after drying and ashes in food\u00bb<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este trabajo tiene por objeto presentar los fundamentos cient\u00edficos y t\u00e9cnicos de la normalizaci\u00f3n: protocolos, ensayos colaborativos, tratamiento estad\u00edstico por el BIPEA y resultados obtenidos.
