image_hover=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/actu_publication-rasff-2016_02.jpg&#8221; link=&#8221;&#8221; target=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La EFSA acaba de publicar su <a href=\"https:\/\/efsa.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/epdf\/10.2903\/j.efsa.2024.8753\">informe para 2022 sobre residuos de plaguicidas<\/a> en los alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Resultados de los programas de seguimiento (programa plurianual coordinado de seguimiento de la UE (MACP) + programas nacionales)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se analizaron un total de <strong>110 829 muestras<\/strong>, \u00bc m\u00e1s que en 2021, y se analizaron <strong>754 plaguicidas y metabolitos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; El 96,3% de las <\/strong>muestras analizadas respetaban los LMR, y el 59% de ellas estaban libres de residuos cuantificables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; El 3,7% de las <\/strong>muestras superaron los LMR (el 2,2% se consideraron no conformes debido a la incertidumbre de la medici\u00f3n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De las 99.929 muestras de <\/strong>producto bruto analizadas :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El 3,7% super\u00f3 el LMR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 2,2% eran no conformes, teniendo en cuenta la incertidumbre de medici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La albahaca y las flores comestibles, la fruta de la pasi\u00f3n\/maracuy\u00e1, el trigo sarraceno y otros pseudocereales, las guindillas, el quingomb\u00f3, el h\u00edgado de oveja, las ra\u00edces de mandioca y las granadas fueron los m\u00e1s incumplidores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a los productos transformados, de las <strong>9.117 <\/strong>muestras analizadas :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El 3,7% super\u00f3 el LMR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 2,3% eran no conformes, teniendo en cuenta la incertidumbre de medici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las hojas de vid (enlatadas, saladas), las semillas de comino secas, el perejil seco, las setas silvestres secas, la albahaca y las flores comestibles fueron los productos m\u00e1s incumplidores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De las 1.783 <\/strong>muestras analizadas en busca de productos BBF :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>80,8% libre de residuos cuantificables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 15,1% conten\u00eda residuos cuantificados pero por debajo del LMR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 4,2% eran no conformes (cuantificaciones superiores al LMR).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 0,8% eran no conformes, teniendo en cuenta la incertidumbre de medici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La sustancia que con m\u00e1s frecuencia superaba los LMR era el cobre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a los productos ecol\u00f3gicos, de las <strong>6.717 <\/strong>muestras analizadas :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>79% libre de residuos cuantificables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 18,6% conten\u00eda residuos cuantificados pero por debajo del LMR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 2,4% eran no conformes (cuantificaciones superiores al LMR).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 1,4% eran no conformes, teniendo en cuenta la incertidumbre de medici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a los productos de origen animal, de las <strong>23.377 <\/strong>muestras analizadas :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>92,4% libre de residuos cuantificables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 6,6% conten\u00eda residuos cuantificados pero por debajo del LMR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 1% eran no conformes (cuantificaciones superiores al LMR).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 0,6% eran no conformes, teniendo en cuenta la incertidumbre de medici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las sustancias m\u00e1s frecuentemente cuantificadas fueron los compuestos de cobre, la clordecona y los BAC y DDAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De las 1.272 <\/strong>muestras analizadas de miel y productos ap\u00edcolas :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>84,7% libre de residuos cuantificables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 11,6% conten\u00eda residuos cuantificados pero por debajo del LMR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 3,6% conten\u00eda residuos cuantificados por encima del LMR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 2,2% eran no conformes, teniendo en cuenta la incertidumbre de medici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las sustancias encontradas con mayor frecuencia en las muestras fueron acetamiprid, tiacloprid y amitraz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Resultados del programa plurianual coordinado de seguimiento (MACP) de la UE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se analizaron <strong>11.727 muestras <\/strong>y <strong>se encontraron 193 plaguicidas <\/strong>en <strong>12 productos alimenticios <\/strong>(manzanas, fresas, melocotones, vino (tinto y blanco), lechugas, repollos, tomates, espinacas, avena, cebada, leche de vaca y grasa de cerdo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>El 98,4% de las <\/strong>muestras analizadas cumpl\u00edan los LMR, incluido un 51,4% sin residuos cuantificables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El 1,6% de las <\/strong>muestras superaron los LMR (el 0,9% se consideraron no conformes debido a la incertidumbre de la medici\u00f3n).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las matrices en las que la tasa de residuos m\u00faltiples fue superior al 10% fueron las manzanas (18,6%), las fresas (17,5%), los melocotones (16,9%), los tomates (14,2%) y las lechugas (12,4%). La mayor frecuencia de residuos m\u00faltiples se encontr\u00f3 en los tomates (16 plaguicidas diferentes cuantificados), seguidos de las fresas (15 plaguicidas diferentes cuantificados) y el vino tinto (14 plaguicidas diferentes cuantificados).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las muestras cultivadas en la UE, las combinaciones matriz\/plaguicida notificadas con mayor frecuencia fueron: espinacas\/ditiocarbamatos, tomates\/clorfenapir, lechugas\/tiofanato-metilo y cebada\/procloraz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las muestras cultivadas fuera de la UE, las combinaciones de matriz\/plaguicida notificadas con m\u00e1s frecuencia fueron: tomates\/clorfenapir (Marruecos), tomates\/clorotalonil (Turqu\u00eda), tomates\/clorpirifos-metil (Turqu\u00eda), manzanas\/diflubenzur\u00f3n (Moldavia), manzanas\/propargita (Ucrania), cebada\/fosetil (Reino Unido), tomates\/buprofezina (Turqu\u00eda), tomates\/cloruro de clormequat (Turqu\u00eda) y coles\/piridabeno (Turqu\u00eda).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los resultados detallados de los programas de seguimiento est\u00e1n disponibles en el sitio web de la EFSA en forma de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efsa.europa.eu\/en\/annual-pesticides-report-2019\">diagramas y gr\u00e1ficos<\/a>, lo que facilita el acceso a los datos: https:<a href=\"https:\/\/multimedia.efsa.europa.eu\/pesticides-report-2022\/\">\/\/multimedia.efsa.europa.eu\/pesticides-report-2022\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La actividad principal de Phytocontrol es el an\u00e1lisis de residuos de plaguicidas.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La EFSA acaba de publicar su informe para 2022 sobre residuos de plaguicidas en los&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":17879,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[190],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-32899","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-vigilancia-reglementaria"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
