{"id":30166,"date":"2023-07-13T13:43:02","date_gmt":"2023-07-13T11:43:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/?p=30166"},"modified":"2023-09-28T13:45:28","modified_gmt":"2023-09-28T11:45:28","slug":"nuevos-lme-para-5-ftalatos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stagingphytocontrol.shdesign.fr\/es\/vigilancia-reglementaria\/nuevos-lme-para-5-ftalatos\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevos LME para 5 ftalatos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[hover_box image=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Plastiques.png&#8221; image_hover=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/actu_publication-rasff-2016_02.jpg&#8221; link=&#8221;&#8221; target=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32023R1442&amp;qid=1689149409450\"><strong>El Reglamento UE 2023\/1442<\/strong><\/a> acaba de modificar el Reglamento UE 10\/2011 sobre materiales y objetos pl\u00e1sticos destinados a entrar en contacto con productos alimenticios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modifica los LME (L\u00edmites Espec\u00edficos de Migraci\u00f3n) para los 5 ftalatos siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DBP (ftalato de dibutilo)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BBP (butilftalato de bencilo)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DEHP (ftalato de bis(2-etilhexilo))<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DINP (Diisononilftalato)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DIDP (ftalato de diisodecilo)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El DBP y el DEHP pueden utilizarse como plastificantes en materiales reutilizables y objetos en contacto con <strong>alimentos no grasos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BBP, DiNP y DiDP pueden utilizarse como plastificantes en materiales y objetos reutilizables y como plastificantes en materiales y objetos de un solo uso en contacto con <strong>productos alimenticios no grasos<\/strong>, a excepci\u00f3n de los preparados para lactantes y los preparados de continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los LME de estos 5 ftalatos se redujeron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El LME para <strong>el DBP se <\/strong>aument\u00f3 de 0,3 mg\/kg a <strong>0,12 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El LME para <strong>el DEHP se ha reducido <\/strong>de 1,5 mg\/kg <strong>a 0,6 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El LME para <strong>el BBP se ha reducido <\/strong>de 30 mg\/kg a <strong>6 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El LME para la suma de <strong>DiNP <\/strong>y <strong>DiDP <\/strong>se redujo de 9 mg\/kg a <strong>1,8 mg\/kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los materiales y objetos pl\u00e1sticos que cumplan las disposiciones del Reglamento (UE) n\u00ba 10\/2011 aplicables antes del 01\/08\/23, y que se hayan comercializado por primera vez antes del 01\/02\/2025, podr\u00e1n permanecer en el mercado hasta que se agoten las existencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Reglamento entrar\u00e1 en vigor el <strong>1 de agosto de 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laboratorio Phytocontrol ofrece an\u00e1lisis de estos ftalatos bajo acreditaci\u00f3n COFRAC.
