Los microorganismos producen bacterias pat\u00f3genas, virus o toxinas que pueden contaminar nuestros alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Grupo Phytocontrol, experto en seguridad alimentaria, le apoya en la implementaci\u00f3n de su plan de control, basado en los criterios de seguridad e higiene de los procesos establecidos en el <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:02005R2073-20140601&amp;from=ES\" target=\"_blank\">Reglamento UE 2073\/2005<\/a>, pero tambi\u00e9n en los establecidos por las gu\u00edas de buenas pr\u00e1cticas de higiene seg\u00fan los sectores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con sus laboratorios de an\u00e1lisis microbiol\u00f3gicos, Phytocontrol cuenta con las \u00faltimas tecnolog\u00edas en la materia, combinando m\u00e9todos de an\u00e1lisis tanto convencionales como r\u00e1pidos en investigaci\u00f3n y enumeraci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como las t\u00e9cnicas emergentes m\u00e1s avanzadas como la PCR en tiempo real, que permiten mejorar el tiempo de entrega del resultado y el nivel de confirmaci\u00f3n.
