El n\u00famero de solicitudes de asistencia administrativa por sospecha de fraude alimentario pas\u00f3 de 292 en 2019 a <strong>349 en 2020<\/strong>, un aumento del <strong>20%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n se muestra el n\u00famero de sospechas de fraude por tipo de producto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Aceites y grasas: 51 (el aceite de oliva fue el m\u00e1s notificado).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pescado y productos de pescado: 34 (tratamientos ilegales: adici\u00f3n de agua no declarada, nitratos, mon\u00f3xido de carbono)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Aves de corral y productos av\u00edcolas<\/strong>: 28<\/li><li><strong>Miel y jalea real<\/strong>: 25<\/li><li><strong>Carne y productos c\u00e1rnicos<\/strong> (excepto aves de corral): 25<\/li><li>Complementos alimenticios, alimentos enriquecidos, alimentos diet\u00e9ticos: 22<\/li><li>Frutas y verduras: 21<\/li><li>Vinos y bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas: 12<\/li><li>Productos fitosanitarios: 11<\/li><li>Cefal\u00f3podos, crust\u00e1ceos y productos derivados: 10<\/li><li>Hierbas y especias: 9<\/li><li>Leche y productos l\u00e1cteos: 8<\/li><li>Otros productos: 43<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Se enumeraron cinco tipos de incumplimiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El <strong>37%<\/strong> se refiere al <strong>etiquetado err\u00f3neo<\/strong>, por ejemplo cuando el aceite de oliva no extra virgen se presenta como extra virgen.<\/li><li>El <strong>25%<\/strong> se refiere a la falsificaci\u00f3n de <strong>documentos<\/strong> o a problemas de trazabilidad.<\/li><li>El <strong>21%<\/strong> se refiere <strong>a la sustituci\u00f3n\/diluci\u00f3n\/adici\u00f3n\/eliminaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en el producto: esto se refiere al proceso de mezclar o sustituir un ingrediente de alto valor por otro de bajo valor, como aguar el vino.<\/li><li><strong>13%<\/strong> en <strong>tratamiento y\/o proceso no aprobado<\/strong>: at\u00fan tratado con nitrito.<\/li><li><strong>4%<\/strong> sobre la <strong>violaci\u00f3n de los derechos de propiedad intelectual<\/strong>: se refiere a los productos falsificados.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La adulteraci\u00f3n es la tercera causa m\u00e1s com\u00fan de fraude, con un 21% de los casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phytocontrol puede ofrecerle soluciones para autentificar sus productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El laboratorio puede ofrecer 3 tipos de an\u00e1lisis con tecnolog\u00eda NGS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Paquetes de carne (m\u00e1s de 6000 especies)<\/li><li>Paquetes de peces (m\u00e1s de 6000 especies)<\/li><li>Paquetes de plantas (m\u00e1s de 5000 especies)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos paquetes est\u00e1n disponibles individualmente o combinados seg\u00fan sus necesidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta innovadora tecnolog\u00eda le permite demostrar la autenticidad de las especies presentes en sus productos con una cobertura mucho m\u00e1s exhaustiva que los m\u00e9todos tradicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los expertos de Phytocontrol pueden ayudarle en estas cuestiones relacionadas con el fraude y la seguridad alimentaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfNecesita informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, normativa y de precios?
