El mismo concierne a las aguas utilizadas tanto con fines de fabricaci\u00f3n, tratamiento, conservaci\u00f3n o comercializaci\u00f3n de productos para consumo humano, como en la limpieza de superficies, objetos y materiales susceptibles de entrar en contacto con los alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 24 de mayo de 2004, la Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Seguridad Alimentaria publico un acuerdo de interpretaci\u00f3n, de dicho real decreto, con los requisitos y controles a realizar en la industria alimentaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, para iniciar su actividad se debe establecer un sistema de autocontrol dirigido a cumplir lo establecido en el RD 140\/2003, en el mismo se debe recoger:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/Identificaci\u00f3n de los puntos de muestreo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los puntos de muestreo tienen que ser representativos del abastecimiento, en funci\u00f3n de la instalaci\u00f3n se deben elegir en funci\u00f3n de la incidencia que tengan sobre el alimento, y deber\u00e1n ser supervisados por la autoridad sanitaria.
