<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El reglamento de aplicaci\u00f3n (UE) 2020\/2087<\/a>, publicado en el DOUE, acaba de registrar la no renovaci\u00f3n de la autorizaci\u00f3n del mancozeb, los Estados miembros hab\u00edan dado su opini\u00f3n favorable en la reuni\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Permanente de las Plantas (secci\u00f3n Fitof\u00e1rmacos – Legislaci\u00f3n) del pasado 22\/23 de octubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta mol\u00e9cula est\u00e1 autorizada para su uso en muchos cultivos, en particular la vid, los cereales, las frutas y las hortalizas. En la actualidad, Francia cuenta con algo m\u00e1s de 90 soluciones fitosanitarias que contienen mancozeb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La EFSA ha clasificado el mancozeb en la categor\u00eda 1B de toxicidad para la reproducci\u00f3n y como disruptor endocrino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las autorizaciones de comercializaci\u00f3n que contengan mancozeb deber\u00e1n retirarse a m\u00e1s tardar el 4 de julio de 2021. Los per\u00edodos de gracia se conceden hasta el 4 de enero de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los LMR para el mancozeb est\u00e1n cubiertos por los LMR establecidos para los ditiocarbamatos, que tambi\u00e9n incluyen el maneb, el metiram, el propineb, el tiram y el ziram, expresados como disulfuro de carbono (CS2). Los LMR no pueden reducirse individualmente para el mancozeb sin afectar a las dem\u00e1s sustancias incluidas en el grupo de los ditiocarbamatos. Los LMR para los ditiocarbamatos deben revisarse en su conjunto, aprobando algunas sustancias y otras no, y teniendo en cuenta otras fuentes adicionales de CS2 (fuentes end\u00f3genas). Debido a la complejidad de esta reevaluaci\u00f3n, el proceso de reevaluaci\u00f3n de los LMR podr\u00eda llevar m\u00e1s tiempo del previsto, seg\u00fan la Comisi\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Su laboratorio de Phytocontrol le acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 en el an\u00e1lisis espec\u00edfico de ditiocarbamatos en CS2 seg\u00fan la normativa europea en productos de origen vegetal bajo acreditaci\u00f3n COFRAC. Tambi\u00e9n hemos desarrollado un m\u00e9todo innovador, in\u00e9dito en Francia, que permite determinar la naturaleza end\u00f3gena o ex\u00f3gena de la presencia de CS2 mediante la identificaci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n de tres grandes familias de ditiocarbamatos (dimetilditiocarbamatos, etilenbisditiocarbamatos, propilenbisditiocarbamatos) en productos de origen vegetal bajo acreditaci\u00f3n COFRAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
