{"id":19473,"date":"2020-09-03T09:35:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-03T07:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/?p=19473"},"modified":"2020-09-15T09:37:43","modified_gmt":"2020-09-15T07:37:43","slug":"minimis-para-los-residuos-de-pesticidas-en-el-vino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stagingphytocontrol.shdesign.fr\/es\/vigilancia-reglementaria\/minimis-para-los-residuos-de-pesticidas-en-el-vino\/","title":{"rendered":"Minimis&#8221; para los residuos de pesticidas en el vino"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>      [hover_box  image=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Vin2.png&#8221;                            image_hover=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/drapeau_france.jpg&#8221;    link=&#8221;&#8221;     target=&#8221;&#8221;]    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta es la propuesta de un Grupo de Trabajo coordinado por el IFV en el que particip\u00f3 nuestro laboratorio: la aplicaci\u00f3n de <em>minimis <\/em>para el an\u00e1lisis de residuos de pesticidas en el vino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presencia de\nresiduos de pesticidas en el vino se ha convertido en un tema cada vez m\u00e1s\ndelicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de los\ncontroles ya realizados en el marco de la certificaci\u00f3n de vinos org\u00e1nicos,\nest\u00e1n surgiendo nuevas necesidades en el sector, como los proyectos de una\netiqueta de &#8220;No Residuos&#8221; y los productores en proceso de\ncertificaci\u00f3n ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los consumidores\nesperan vinos sin residuos, sin embargo, desde un punto de vista anal\u00edtico el\n&#8220;0&#8221; no existe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta la fecha no\nexisten criterios reconocidos y armonizados para interpretar los resultados\nanal\u00edticos que permitan decidir sobre este tipo de etiqueta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los laboratorios est\u00e1n\nutilizando m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos cada vez m\u00e1s eficientes que permiten alcanzar\nl\u00edmites cada vez m\u00e1s bajos de cuantificaci\u00f3n (LQ) y l\u00edmites de detecci\u00f3n (LOD).\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los valores de LQ se\nutilizan a menudo para sustituir la noci\u00f3n de &#8220;0&#8221;, pero pueden ser\nmuy heterog\u00e9neos de un laboratorio a otro, lo que da lugar a interpretaciones\nque pueden diferir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de este\ngrupo de trabajo es armonizar la interpretaci\u00f3n de los residuos de plaguicidas\nen el vino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello se ha\npropuesto un nuevo valor: el &#8220;minimi&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un minimi es un valor\nanal\u00edtico por debajo del cual se considerar\u00eda que una sustancia est\u00e1 ausente\ndel producto. Este valor es diferente del l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n y del l\u00edmite de\ncuantificaci\u00f3n relativo al rendimiento anal\u00edtico del m\u00e9todo y no est\u00e1\nrelacionado con un l\u00edmite reglamentario o un valor toxicol\u00f3gico que se definen\nmediante los LMR (L\u00edmites M\u00e1ximos de Residuos) y las IDA (Ingesta Diaria\nAdmisible).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los valores de minimis\nson valores basados en un acuerdo, derivados de los resultados de expertos y\nanalistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se han establecido de\nacuerdo con los siguientes criterios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>rendimiento\nanal\u00edtico (LD, LQ, incertidumbres)<\/li><li>reglamentos\n(mol\u00e9cula aprobada por la UE, LMR, autorizaci\u00f3n francesa, registro de la vid)<\/li><li>el\ncar\u00e1cter de rastreo de la mol\u00e9cula desde la uva hasta el vino (se encuentra si\nla aplicaci\u00f3n, el contenido, las frecuencias)<\/li><li>mol\u00e9cula\n&#8220;sujeta a ruidos de fondo&#8221; (persistencia, interferencia con fuentes\nde contaminaci\u00f3n distintas de las fitosanitarias, caso de mol\u00e9culas que se\nencuentran cuando no se aplican, incluso en los vinos org\u00e1nicos).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Los valores de minimis\nest\u00e1n pensados para que un laboratorio interprete un resultado positivo por\nencima de su propio QL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el principio de\nminimis, si el resultado cuantificado es inferior al de minimis, se considerar\u00e1\nque la sustancia est\u00e1 ausente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de que un\nresiduo se cuantifique por debajo del m\u00ednimo, el Grupo de Trabajo propone, por\nlo tanto, que se indique &#8220;inferior al m\u00ednimo&#8221; en el informe\nanal\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed pues, se ha creado\nuna base de datos con un total de 220 mol\u00e9culas a partir de los resultados de\nlos asociados del Grupo de Trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el enlace que figura a continuaci\u00f3n encontrar\u00e1 la hoja de resumen del VIF y la lista de valores de minimis establecidos para estas 220 sustancias: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vignevin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Fiche-Minimis-VF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hoja de IFV m\u00ednima<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aplicaci\u00f3n de estos\ncriterios de minimis por consenso permitir\u00eda satisfacer las expectativas de los\nconsumidores en materia de &#8220;an\u00e1lisis 0&#8221; y armonizar los criterios de\ninterpretaci\u00f3n de los distintos organismos (organismos de certificaci\u00f3n\norg\u00e1nica, laboratorios).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin la armonizaci\u00f3n de\nlas pr\u00e1cticas, la interpretaci\u00f3n seguir\u00e1 siendo controvertida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta labor se\npresentar\u00e1 y se someter\u00e1 a la Subcomisi\u00f3n de M\u00e9todos de An\u00e1lisis (SCMA) en los\npr\u00f3ximos per\u00edodos de sesiones de la OIV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfNecesita informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, regulatoria y arancelaria?
