{"id":9386,"date":"2019-07-15T09:59:09","date_gmt":"2019-07-15T07:59:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/?p=9386"},"modified":"2019-07-15T10:07:18","modified_gmt":"2019-07-15T08:07:18","slug":"publication-eu-regulation-2019-1176-amendments-to-lmrs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stagingphytocontrol.shdesign.fr\/en\/regulatory-watch\/publication-eu-regulation-2019-1176-amendments-to-lmrs\/","title":{"rendered":"Publication EU Regulation 2019\/1176 &#8211; Amendments to LMRS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[hover_box image=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Fruits-L\u00e9gumes.png&#8221;\u00a0 image_hover=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/actu_publication-rasff-2016_02.jpg&#8221; link=&#8221;&#8221; target=&#8221;&#8221; ]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32019R1176&amp;qid=1562857818597&amp;from=FR\">Regulation (EU) 2019\/1176<\/a> amending Regulation (EC) No 396\/2005 was published in the OJEU on 11\/07\/19.<\/p>\n<p>These Regulations modify the MRLs for the following residues: 2,5-dichlorobenzoic acid methyl ester, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Mandipropamide.pdf\">mandipropamide<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Profoxydim.pdf\">profoxydim<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For 2,5-dichlorobenzoic acid methyl ester, EFSA concluded that there should be no residues in any plant or animal product, as its unique and restricted use as a pesticide on wine grapes after grafting should not lead to a significant concentration in wine grapes. The default MRL of 0.01 mg\/kg was set on all matrices.<\/p>\n<p>The residue definition of mandipropamide has been changed to mandipropamide (regardless of the ratio between the constituent isomers).
