link=&#8221;&#8221; target=&#8221;&#8221; ]<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32019R0973&amp;qid=1560780116772&amp;from=FR\">Regulation (EU) No 2019\/973<\/a> of 13 June 2019 amending Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 396\/2005 as regards maximum residue limits for <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Bispyribac.pdf\">bispyribac<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Benzoate-de-denatonium.pdf\">denatonium benzoate<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Fenoxycarb.pdf\">fenoxycarb<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Flurochloridone.pdf\">flurochloridone<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Quizalofop.pdf\">quizalofop-P-ethyl<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Quizalofop.pdf\">quizalofop-P-tefuryl<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Quizalofop.pdf\">propaquizafop<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Tebufenozide.pdf\">tebufenozide<\/a> in or on certain products has been published in the OJEC.<\/p>\n<p>This Regulation provides for amending the residue definition for bispyribac, denatonium benzoate, flurochloridone and quizalofop.<\/p>\n<p>MRLs have been lowered for fenoxycarb in all matrices except olives (oil or table olives), peaches, common and pecan nuts and the category tea, coffee, infusions, cocoa and locust beans.<\/p>\n<p>For bispyribac, a specific MRL has been set for rice.<\/p>\n<p>MRLs have been set for denatonium benzoate although there is no direct application to edible crops (limited use in products as repellents in the field of forestry).<br \/>\nThis Regulation shall enter into force on 4 January 2020.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32019R0977&amp;qid=1561034457172&amp;from=FR\">Regulation (EU) No 2019\/977<\/a> of 13 June 2019 amending Annexes II and IV to Regulation (EC) No 396\/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue limits for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Tebufenozide.pdf\">aclonifen<\/a>, Beauveria bassiana strain PPRI 5339, Clonostachys rosea strain J1446, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Fenpyrazamide.pdf\">fenpyrazamine<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Mefentrifluconazole.pdf\">mefentrifluconazole<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Penconazole.pdf\">penconazole<\/a> in or on certain products has been published in OJEC.<br \/>\nMRLs have been increased:<br \/>\n&#8211;
