Three new European regulations have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

REGULATION (UE) 2018\/1514<\/a> of 10 October 2018 amending Annexes II, III and IV to Regulation (EC) No 396\/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for abamectin, acibenzolar-S-methyl, clopyralid, emamectin, fenhexamid, fenpyrazamine, fluazifop-P, isofetamid, Pasteuria nishizawae Pn1, talc E553B and tebuconazole in or on certain products.<\/p>\n

– REGULATION (UE) 2018\/1515<\/u><\/strong><\/a> 2018\/1515 of 10 October 2018 amending Annexes III and V to Regulation (EC) No 396\/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for diphenylamine and oxadixyl in or on certain products.<\/p>\n

This new regulation will enter into force on the 01\/05\/19. It will introduce the following changes:<\/p>\n

DIPHENYLAMINE: LMR at 0.05mg\/kg on all matrices.<\/p>\n

OXADIXYL: LMR at 0.01mg\/kg or 0.02mg\/kg according to the matrices<\/p>\n
