This new building will merge with the existing facility to create a 12,000 m\u00b2 next-generation analytical platform, one of the largest in Europe, designed to sustain our growth, innovation, and commitment to quality.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>An extension dedicated to excellence<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This new building, which will add <b>5,600 m\u00b2<\/b> to our existing infrastructure, represents a <b>strategic investment of \u20ac15 million<\/b>. When completed, it will accommodate up to <b>300 employees<\/b> in an ultra-modern space designed to support our scientific and technological ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction is progressing according to schedule, with <b>official delivery expected by the end of 2025<\/b>. Throughout the construction period and the future move, we have put measures in place to <b>ensure the complete continuity of our analytical services<\/b>. Our customers can rest assured that <b>the quality, responsiveness, and reliability of our analyses will remain unchanged<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>A sustainable and responsible building<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This new laboratory also embodies our CSR vision. It will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li><b>Sustainable building materials<\/b>, chosen for their low environmental impact;<\/li> <li><b>Photovoltaic panels<\/b>, to produce part of our energy independently;<\/li> <li><b>An innovative energy recovery system<\/b>, which will naturally regulate the indoor temperature in summer and winter, in synergy with our air conditioning systems.<\/li> <\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These choices are part of our ongoing commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and building a more environmentally friendly business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>The well-being of our teams at the heart of the project<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Because a healthy and stimulating work environment is essential, every space in our future site has been designed to promote the well-being of our employees.
