It is in the form of a mixture of titanium dioxide (TiO2) particles in the dispersed, aggregated or agglomerated state, the size of which varies from a few tens to several hundred nanometers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since January 1, 2020, the placing on the market of foodstuffs containing titanium dioxide has been prohibited in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To meet regulatory recommendations, the laboratory will determine the median diameter, the average diameter, the percentage of nanoparticles less than 100 nm, but also the most frequent diameter observed, the D10 and D90, and the size distribution. This support for the interpretation of the results will make it possible to draw an unequivocal conclusion about the presence of nanoparticles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Need technical, regulatory and pricing information?
