These provisions are supplemented, for each specification, by control\nprovisions specific to that specification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, the inspection plan for a product specification under a quality\nand origin identification sign is composed of :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Common inspection provisions drawn up by the INAO, which may be supplemented by inspection provisions common to the sectors;<\/li><li> Specific inspection provisions laid down by the inspection body. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By means of a management decision, INAO has put online common <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/INAO-DEC-CONT-AB-1.pdf\">control provisions relating to the analytical strategy to be implemented in the context of the control of organic production operators.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These provisions are addressed to the certification bodies approved by the INAO and are applicable from <strong>1 January 2010<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the framework of the control of organic production operators, each\ncertification body must apply an analytical strategy to determine whether\nproducts or production techniques not authorised by the organic farming rules\nare used by the operators, or to detect any possible contamination by products\nnot authorised in organic farming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The analyses (search for components, measurement of the presence of\ningredients or certain characteristic parameters of the product, etc.) must be\ncarried out by laboratories chosen by the inspection body from a list of\nstructures authorised by the INAO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phytocontrol is on the list of analysis laboratories authorised by INAO\nand is able to offer you analyses under COFRAC accreditation within the\nframework of organic food production controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For any technical, pricing or regulatory information, do not hesitate to\ncontact us.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[hover_box image=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/L\u00e9gumes.png&#8221;\u00a0 image_hover=&#8221;\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/drapeau_france.jpg&#8221; link=&#8221;&#8221; target=&#8221;&#8221; ] The National Institute of Origin and Quality (INAO) is&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":13526,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[181],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14868","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-regulatory-watch"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
