5 new regulations amending the MRLs for several pesticides

New texts amending Regulation EC 396/2005 have just been published in the OJEU.

MRLs for apples and pears have been reduced.

They are reduced from 3 mg/kg to 1.5 mg/kg.

The regulation applies from 05/12/2024.
