The BRC publishes the gluten-free certification program revision 3

The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety recently published the 3rd edition of the gluten-free certification program.
This framework provides a framework for the management and control of gluten in gluten-free products on the matrices below:
– Processed foods
– Ingredients for catering companies, caterers and/or food manufacturers
