New SMLs for 5 phthalates

EU regulation 2023/1442 has just amended EU regulation 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
It modifies the SMLs (Specific Migration Limits) for the following 5 phthalates:
- DBP (Dibutyl phthalate)
- BBP (Benzyl butyl phthalate)
- DEHP (Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate)
- DINP (Diisononylphthalat)
- DIDP (Di-isodecyl phthalate)
