The implementing regulation (EU) 2021/2090 has just been published in the OJEU. It concerns the refusal of authorisation of titanium dioxide (E 171) as a feed additive for all animal species.
TiO2 was authorized without time limit by Directive 70/524/EEC as a colorant in dog and cat
